Da Hong Pao – Wuyi Rock Oolong 5g

One of China’s most legendary teas. Grown in the rocky cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains, Da Hong Pao is known for its deep, roasted character with notes of cocoa, nuts, and minerals.

A tea for slow moments — each infusion reveals something new.

5g per bag

Brewing (1-5 cups depending on rinse process or 1 pot of tea western style):
3–5 g tea
Water: 95°C
Time: 10–20 sec (gongfu style) or 2–3 min (western style)
Can be steeped 3-5 times

Boil with 1,5L water or let it soak in 300ml 20 sec. (western style)
Let 300ml water run through a sive straight it into a cup. (gongfu style)
The second way can be used up to 5 times be within 2 days after first use.
